Mohamed Salah transfer rumors
I'd like to see Mohamed Salah in MLS. There was a deep dive by The Athletic that said they thought MLS might actually be the most likely destination.
I don't think we'll see Salah at another Champions League club. It's unlikely that this is something that actually goes down.
French youth development
Anthony Martial and N'Golo Kante were rejected [from Clairefontaine] for not being sufficiently talented.
Paris youth talent development
You have more registered footballers in Paris and Metro Paris than in the entire nation of Belgium.
Premier League relegation battle
Leicester versus Spurs might actually be a fixture in the Championship next season.
Premier League parity
I think we're more likely to see a Spurs story in the future than another Leicester City story.
Leicester City 2016 title vs Tottenham relegation battle
I'm going with Leicester as still the ultimate modern improbable sport event. I think Tottenham come close but they don't do enough for me.
US Soccer landscape

Historical football leagues
Serie A in the early 90s, pre-Premier League, was very much the pinnacle. It was where every big player wanted to go.
USMNT World Cup qualification
I don't ever want to not be at a World Cup again. It was not fun to miss it. It was not fun to not have the U.S. there.
