So, I was going to have to race out of here after this taping, but I'm actually not going. My buddies thought they had an extra ticket. Turns out they didn't. So, we're good. Take your time on your one for the road. No pressure anymore. Who's favored in this match up, was between a Giants of New York, you said, and the Los Angeles, what? Rams, I would think the Rams, although they had a disastrous opener in Australia against the 49ers. International rules. So, I mean, we made that journey in the summer of Twitter to cover a women's role. Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Mossie, you know, we've been doing this show live now for a couple of weeks. And it, you know, we, it emanates from the hive here, the brain, the heart of Fox Sports here in Los Angeles from our studios and the wonderful men and women behind the scenes, they take what we do here and they disseminate it out on all the different platforms. So, you know, watching X or TikTok or YouTube and let's go on and on and on. I remember back in the day when people were trying to do this, have one broadcast for as many different platforms as possible, you know, the platforms probably in a business perspective, want to have it exclusive. But that's the way that it goes. I remember back in the day, I remember somebody putting like multiple phones up on a cardboard pasting it so they could have each phone going to a different type of platform. But we have, we have moved on from there. And we, like I said, are enjoying this live venture, if you will, of a show that for those that don't know has been around a long time for those that do know, thank you for sticking us over these slow, what nine years or something like that. My friend, we're here again. So should we like this candle? Let's do it. Where shall we start busy weekend instead of going league by league something a little different today. We've identified stock up and stock down US players across Europe and MLS. We're going to begin with stock up. AC Milan claimed the three no home went over to Lache and Cediat Christian, Pulisic made his first start of the campaign played very well, including scoring his first goal for Milan in 2026. Moussa came on as a sub a reminder, Moussa is in the US but Pulisic is not nevertheless very good to see Pulisic playing well. Yes, I mean, everybody, I think in their own personal way has to react to this because there are people that look at this and because they're put off by Christian, Pulisic, either things that he has done said over the years, they, they will kind of pupu this or downplay something like this. And then there's others that feel that he is not getting his due that will point to this and I think fairly so and say, look, he is still arguably the best American player that we have today. I do think that he is still well on his way to becoming the best male American soccer player in history and he's not going to be that's not going to be without criticism and without faults at different times. But I think in general, you got to be at least a little bit happy. There I say it proud of seeing Christian Pulisic given what's happened over this last year and even what's happened recently, starting and not just making an impact, but being the best player, being voted the best player, being involved in both goals and being associated with, you know, a, okay, it's let you, I get it. But a moment of positivity that Christian Pulisic needed and AC Milan needed scored a just a brilliant goal. It's interesting. We're talking about stock up for a player that's not even going to be involved in this in this window. We've just started the window here, the international window and that in and of itself is part of the conversation that we have, but it was wonderful to see him get that goal. You could see a sense of relief. And I mean, he did it with gusto, shall we say with both the first touch that he had and then the second touch putting it by the goalkeeper. It was just, it was a wonderful thing to see. Incidentally, a Western McKinney and Juventus, nice to know when over Atlanta, Roma entered the big one to two Kone, Kone, Lautaro, Lautaro. So it was quite the weekend in Italy. Crazy one in MLS, SKC led Philadelphia, three new mid second half, two of their goals courtesy of Brazilian Andrea Louise, including a sensational solo run, but Philly came back with four unanswered to take it four three. And one of their goals scored by who else, Kevin Sullivan, make that six in his last six MLS game. It's amazing. You know, we just talked about Christian, Policic without a doubt stock up, Kevin Sullivan just like a rocket with his stock right now. I think you can make a case. I don't think it's a crazy case to make that in this window, even as Christian, Policic had been involved, there are more people excited about seeing Kevin Sullivan and the other young players. But certainly, Kevin Sullivan, then Christian, Policic, we know who Christian, Policic is. It doesn't mean that he can't improve, but he is what he is. And it's not that people are, well, some people, I guess, are probably over him. I'm not over him by any stretch of the imagination. But I think America, and we'll talk a little bit more about this as we go on, is eager and looking for young talent and new blood when it comes to the national team. And that's why there is so much attention to Kevin Sullivan as he comes into this camp and he comes in like you said, Massey on fire. Not only did he score, Kevin Sullivan, but he was part of a wild comeback in that game to have a SKC, a sporting KC, by the way, you probably, like a little bit, even though he was in a losing effort from a Brazilian perspective, you like what's going on there. Going up three nothing, and they have only themselves to blame. I know it's Philadelphia, and this is a hot team. And it shows a lot of fortitude and talent for them to come back, but they pissed this one away. I'm talking about SKC and Philadelphia Union said, fine, we will take that three points. Well, lump these two together. Americans continuing to shine in the championship. Max Arsten got one from Middlesbrough, and they're two to draw away to Tom Brady's Birmingham City. And Jack McGlin with another stunner for Stoke City and their two and one of her Sheffield United. Yeah, yeah. And you know, we've had this conversation, I think over the last month or so about what the championship is, you've made your feelings abundantly clear over the years. It's not just not just now as to what it is, more importantly, what David Massey thinks it isn't. And it's not to take anything away. I mean, we all recognize that many of these players are looking for. Just to be in the door, a foot in the door when it comes to Europe. And in that sense, not just getting there, but now actually playing and playing well, scoring goals, winning games, these types of things. That's, that is a good thing as this step because it's much easier to go to, if you're, you know, if you want to go to the EPL or go something like that. If you're, especially if you want to go to the EPL, if you're already there improving well, improving what's going on. So it's, it's fun to see this brigade of young players who are using the championship for what it is and what it isn't, but mostly what it is. And as this stepping, and I know there's a lot of people out there to look at and say, yeah, but is it, is it a step back? Well, maybe it's a step back to go two steps forward and in life and in sports at times you have to do that. Sometimes you have to even, you know, swallow swallow your pride. But again, it goes back to the value of the platform of already being in Europe. And in the case of if you want to play in England, obviously already being. I'm going to back off a bit in my criticism, the championship. I don't want to alienate elite England 11, who's a devoted listener of ours hits me up on X a lot. He did not take kindly to a recent show when you and I were picking on England about VAR, the championship and everything else. Well, I mean, you've been doing this long enough, Massey, where you know, the winds will blow this way in that way. And yes, you can feel them and you can be affected by them. But I think you have to stick with your guns when you have a belief, even at the risk of potentially offending our listeners and our viewers out there. It's okay. It's okay if you disagree with us. It's okay, even if you're angry with us. It's okay. Yes, even if you're offended. It's something that that we say you can come back and guess what? The opposite is true.
